Need Help - Unable to run lab for week 1

Hi All, Would appreciate your help, I get to part where I open the Jupyter notebook and then when I try to start Kernel - I get this error - Failed to start kernel
Failed to launch app [sagemaker-data-scie-ml-m5-24xlarge-36ad64a382e7a4f8cd79a11a50d4]. AccessDeniedException: User: arn:aws:sts::100282198661:assumed-role/sagemaker-studio-vpc-firewall-us-east-1-sagemaker-execution-role/SageMaker is not authorized to perform: sagemaker:CreateApp on resource: arn:aws:sagemaker:us-east-1:100282198661:app/d-bhe0t9hxy0rp/sagemaker-user-profile-us-east-1/kernelgateway/sagemaker-data-scie-ml-m5-24xlarge-36ad64a382e7a4f8cd79a11a50d4 with an explicit deny in an identity-based policy (Context: RequestId: dcf2540d-944c-4c0e-876a-7b2139bba8c0, TimeStamp: 1703756581.8083274, Date: Thu Dec 28 09:43:01 2023)

Getting the same error for Week 2 lab, is this because I am a Coursera employee and AWS limits have been restricted? Error message below -
