I was able to access the assignment before I close my macbook’s lid. I came back and refreshed the page and even tried logging in again but the notebook is stuck on the loading page. I also tried to access the other programming assignment but that is also stuck on the loading screen.
I just tried opening DLS C1 W2 A1 and A2 on the DeepLearning.AI platform and they both worked for me, although it was not speedy. It probably took a couple of minutes for each page to load fully.
It might be worth also trying the old “logout and login again” trick first.
Please give it another try and let us know. In my experience, the servers frequently seem a bit slow on the DLAI learning platform. Of course the network topology between you and AWS also matters. I’m in the Bay Area in California and have a fiber connection, so YMMV. 
Still the same issue (on chrome), works on Safari though.
Interesting. Is this your first time accessing any of the courses here? Maybe you’ve got a plugin in Chrome that is blocking something on that webpage. The evidence suggests that it’s not a network problem, but a browser issue.
I use Chrome on MacOS and have not had any problems accessing any of the courses here, either on Coursera or the DLAI LP. Although I keep FireFox and Safari handy just in case, of course. 
Yea this is the first course I tried on the platform. Maybe it’s some plugin or maybe a cache issue idk. I’m happy as long as it works (on Safari)

That’s odd, because usually Safari causes problems with the course access, rather than fixes it.
