I was not able to run any of the notebooks in the class today, keep getting “Connection could not be established” errors. Refreshing my browser did not help.
My connection is fine, as I watched all the videos.

Did you try the notebooks again at a later time? It could be due to poor internet connection. I noticed that the videos and the labs require different bandwidths.

can I know which browser are you working on?
did you try clearing cache and browsing history, and then try again.
even for me the labs are opening a bit delayed,clearing cookies helped resolve my issue
