Programming assignments for k-means and anomaly detection in C3-W1 are failing to open

I am having trouble opening both programming assignments for C3-W1 in the machine learning specialization. In both cases I have cleared the browser cache but the error message still says that “we are having trouble preparing your lab” and “failed to fetch” on top of the screen.

Please help.

I just tested both labs, and was able to open both of them without difficulty (in North America using Win11 and Chrome).

Is your course subscription still valid?

Perhaps there is an issue with your internet provider - or there is a technical issue with your regional server that handles DL.AI’s domain.

@TMosh , my course subscription is indeed still valid. I was trying to do my homework labs for this week. I also saw that both labs are now accessible, probably because I somehow found a button that rebooted each lab that I have not seen before. At any rate, I am all set now. Thanks.
