Questions about certificate prerequisites and AWS

Hi, I have two questions

1. The certificate FaQ said that I need an intermediate python knowledge, may I know what topics does it mean by “intermediate”? And is numpy and pandas included?

2. The certificate teaches with AWS, and AWS requires a credit or debit card to verify the account, I don’t have one. Does the certificate provide a way to create an account without a credit or debit card?

They will provide you with an environment to work on for the duration of the course(s).
