It is possible to get 100% on all the assignments here, so I would not jump to the conclusion that any problems with the scores are website errors if that’s what you are saying.
Note that on the quizzes, I think they give you 3 attempts every 8 hours. And each attempt also has a time limit. If you leave the quiz open in your browser and let the “per attempt” time limit expire, then I think it gets stuck and you have to wait until the next day or perhaps for 24 hours to expire before you can attempt it again.
Can you explain what that URL is used for? I don’t recognize it as part of any course.
Hi, thanks for you reply, this issue happen a lot of days, I tried this quiz about a mounth a age, but now still can retry this quiz again.
I am not sure what this URL is used for, but when I access the Quiz page, the page consistently becomes unresponsive. Upon opening the developer tools to check the requests, I noticed that this particular HTTP request keeps failing. I am unsure of the exact reason, and this issue has persisted for several days. As a result, I am unable to complete the Quiz and, consequently, the course. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Well one possibility is that this is an IT problem on your side. If you are sophisticated enough to figure out which HTTP request is getting the 404, maybe you can also use a packet trace to figure out if it’s a firewall on your network or somewhere in the path that is causing the problem. Have you tried using a VPN?
I have the same issue as shown below. I have cleared my browser cache, tried different browsers (Chrome and Edge), and private/incognito windows but nothing works. My PC and Coursera time align with my region. Maybe its time to tag @Mubsi
Thank you for your response. I am currently using a global VPN. While I am able to access other Quizzes without any issues, this particular Quiz continues to have problems. The request to https://www.coursera.org/api/userPreferences.v1/86341878~HONORS responded with {“errorCode”:“notFound”,“message”:“not found”,“details”:null}. I am not sure what these fields represent.

Yes, I see the “spinning wheel of death” from the quizzes in DLS C2 also, but I had success in DLS C1 and DLS C4.
@mubsi it looks like there are problems with the quizzes in DLS C2 at this point. Both Saif and I are getting the “spinning wheel of death” on the DLS C2 quizzes and @jyellow is getting an HTTP failure as shown on a couple of posts here.
Could you please take a look and see if there was an recent change here or maybe Coursera can reset the grading servers for DLS C2?

Yes, I’m aware of this, and I face similar case in many of the DLS quizzes across all the courses. This was reported to Coursera. I shall ask them again.

I have searched extensively on the Coursera Learner Help Center website but could not find a place to enter my issue.
