This problem is here for a while, can someone help me please. I do contact Coursera Help Center, they told me it will be fixed later, then the case is closed… it’s been 1 or 2 weeks already. so what should I do ? thanks,

Unfortunately, you are facing an issue similar to this. The only thing that I can tell you to do right now is to follow the instructions in this thread. I don’t have the faintest idea as to when this issue will be resolved, since it took more than 5 weeks for Coursera to resolve a similar issue faced by me. Apologies for the inconvenience, but at this moment, we can only hope that this issue gets resolved soon.
