Start Lab doesn't work

I want to start my first assignment with AWS lab.
When I click the “start lab” button, nothing happens apart of showing a processing circle. I waited over 30 minutes. The clock is also running and counting down, but nothing else happens.

I’m signed it through my corporate authentication portal, so I can’t use my private laptop.

How should I proceed?

If you are using a corporate network, the problem might be with the network restricting access to certain resources. Can you try using another network, or a VPN? Does the same happen with other labs?

I had the same problem with starting the AWS lab. I tried switching browsers (from Brave to Microsoft Edge) and it worked for me.

Is there a way to sign in via a private computer without the corporation authentication? If so, how do I know my username and password?

@majahellmann can you use your Coursera username and password to login on another computer and continue from there?

That is exactly what I want to do, but I don’t know my username and password because my coursera account is linked to my corporate account. Does someone know, how to find out the username and password in this case?

I think you’ll have to discuss this with your corporate support staff.
