You are requesting a page that does not exist!" Cannot get workbook back.
There is another topic on the FAQ Thread about that. The very first topic about “get a clean copy” will work even if you have deleted the notebook.
Ok. That seems to have fixed it. I have a Submit button now, too. Thanks!
