Submit option missing in programming exersize #1

Hello, there is no submission button in the top right of the 1st programming exersize. I am using Google Chrome
Version 91.0.4472.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)

It happens to me too. You can refresh the notebook or open a new one from Coursera (your work should be saved normally).
