When to Fill Out the Form:

  • Empty AWS Console Link: The link to your AWS console appears blank or does not load.

  • InvalidClientTokenID Error: You receive this specific error message while attempting to interact with a database.

Why This Happens:

These issues typically occur under the following circumstances:

  1. Budget Exceeded: The allocated lab budget has been reached.

  2. Resource Failure: Necessary lab resources failed to create during startup.

  3. Extended Cleanup: Your account has remained in the “cleanup” state for more than 24 hours.
