Hi, and welcome to the Forum! Please mention the course you’re taking and the exact lab. Also include a screenshot if possible. You might have meant to post this in a different course because this one does not use Vocareum.

I am not exactly sure in which lab you faced this issue, can you please include more information related to the exact lab and also the steps you took before you saw this error message.
Quick Fix - May be you can try some quick fixes like clearing your browser cache, browser incognito mode, may be try restarting the lab.
I can also see that from the error message that this error is coming from AWS, please check and make sure that you have selected the right AWS region.
I have tried In-Cognito mode in spite of that I am unable to access the Vocareum Lab

Launch App → Start Lab → AWS(Green) → SageMaker → Error
Hi. Please follow the instructions in the Vocareum page carefully. You might be looking up Sagemaker Unified Studio instead of Sagemaker AI. That is a common mistake here. Please verify it on the instructions page. Hope this helps.
In addition, your screenshot shows that you’ve already opened Vocareum in another tab. The instructions are there and you can see there what exact service you need to search for in the AWS Console.
