Unable to open Sagemaker - Open Studio

hi All,
I started the AWS Console and get into Sagemaker, but I am unable to see the “Open Studio” option. It was working till yesterday, but I dont see it today.

I was working on it when the 2hr window timed out. I am not sure if its related to that, and if anything needs to be reset?

I get this error message - Your Total lab spend has exceeded the total budgt of $20

Even I am getting the same issue, but its not showing me budget exceeded issue
