Unable to submit Lab 3 - account is still in cleanup

I’ve completed Lab 3 of week 3, but encountered an error upon submission stating that the lab must be restarted or something, I couldn’t recall exactly. I’m not certain if this was due to me taking a while to complete it. Now, I couldn’t start the lab with the notification “account is still in cleanup.” it also seems like the temporary AWS account provisioning fails. How can I mitigate this scenario? I’ve attached an image of what the interface looks like upon clicking on “Start Lab.” Thanks.
