It has been over a week with absolutely no response from the support team. I didn’t receive a specific ticket number in the automated confirmation email, but my request is linked to this account’s email.

According to the support page on the Deeplearning.ai website, it would take 5-10 business days to process a refund. So do bear with the staff who are reviewing your request.
The forum is for subject matter discussions on courses, supported by volunteers who has no power to deal with admin issue. If you have no response after 10 business days, I suggest you raise another support ticket.
