what is the difference betwwen AGI and ANI.
Artificial Narrow Intelligence(ANI) is built for specific tasks. Artificial General intelligence (AGI) is capable of doing multiple tasks and thinks more abstractly and adapts to new situations. AGI is considered human level where you can adapt to different situations and do different tasks. ANI is only built for specifics tasks to handle.
An example where this can be used is error diagnosing for image recognition. a machine can’t tell what it did wrong to incorrectly classify a image, but a human can group by characteristics in order to train the model better. the machine can’t adapt to human level intelligence yet since it would pretty much get it at human level accuracy every time. I think more research is being done to try and reach this level of intelligence. AGI is the future.
