I’m half way thru Andrew Ng’s AI for Everyone course. I think it is what you’re looking for.

There’s AI for everyone, but you can also lookup courses on Prompt Engineering - these require you to have a more fundamental understanding of how to work with AI and specifically chatbots.
Learning how to better interact with AI will make you more productive, as well as getting faster, better results in whichever task you wish to use it with.
