AWS accound deactivated

Hi,
I was doing the Week 2 Lab and all of a sudden at the peft_trainer section, I started getting the “403 forbidden” error for Lab_2_fine_tune_generative_ai_model.ipynb file.
Later, when I started reconnecting using the Vocareum Labs → Start Lab, I kept on getting an error which says “AWS account deactivated.”
Please note that I was using ml.m5.2xlarge kernel, Data Science 3.0 and Python 3 as my config.

Can you please help me out with this at the earliest, as this is the only thing remaining for me to complete Week2?

I also encountered a challenge with this lab during the training. I had to skip both trainings because the kernel kept dying every time I tried to train the models. Seeing that there was the option of loading models that had been trained for us, I proceeded without training since I understood the concept and was still able to do all the comparisons.
For your case, I’ll advise that you log out of the sagemaker system entirely and try logging back in. Hope it works

Thank you for your suggestions.
I have tried that already. Kept getting “AWS account disabled” error.
Hence, requesting someone from Admin to look at this issue asap.

I have same trouble of aws account deactivated, and Coursera is sending me to ask solution in this community- not acceptable

i am facing the same issue, i was using ml.m5.2xlarge i didn’t got the screenshot as i thought may be logging again will solve it.
i have submitted the form. Please help with this as soon as possible.
