First Assignment, I get 13 instead of 4 for some reason

Hey there,

the title says it all. The code is not that hard to understand and I am kind of dumbfounded… Here is the essentials, hope it is alright to post this here.

Whats going on? The scaling should be alright (and scaling down y does not help)

Please read the markdown for the exercise to fix xs and ys. x refers to the inputs to the model i.e. number of rooms in the house and y is the value of the house.
