Try to update your notebook by clicking help on the right corner and then click reboot and after rebooting is done come back to help and then click on get the latest version and let’s know the progress.
The notebook and w3_unittest.py files were recently updated, so that the forward_propagation() function now used three parameters.
Please follow the instructions in the “M4ML Resources FAQ” thread to update your files. You’ll need to re-enter your code in the new notebook.

Note that “get latest version” doesn’t work if the student already has a notebook with the correct file name. That’s why there is a detailed procedure in the FAQ.

Where I can find such “FAQs”? I can’t find them in the class material.
It’s not on Coursera. You could have found it by using the forum Search tool. It’s at the top of every page of the forum.
