Hi!
I got the email about the new material available from Wednesday the 13th, which sounds like awesome news 
However, I will still have to wait until next Monday the 18th to be able to “miss” the two deadlines required to reset the material and restart the course with the new materials. Unfortunately, this comes at the cost of wasting 2 weeks of payed subscription time to the course. Is there any way of circumventing the deadline resetting already on Wednesday?
Hi, I also have the same question like you, I just reset my deadline today (13/12) and I found that the Course material not updated, so I think I will need to wasting 2 weeks for waiting the new “RESET DEADLINE” 
Hi! Me too. I am in the same situation… It is not fair that we have to waste some days of our monthly suscription to wait for the new course material…

I hope everyone has received email from Coursera about this topic. I received yesterday.
After contacting via the website (see my comment above) - it took about 2 hours for them to get back to me. They reset my deadlines, but it not upgrade me to the new course. So, I responded to them and copied/pasted the whole email about the new material. Within 30 minutes of that, they upgraded me to the new course material.
Just a warning: before they did that, I had finished week 1. Upgrading apparently undid both my quiz grade (so I have to take it again) and the programming assignment I had already finished. I’m fine with that because I want to see it in tensorflow - but just FYI
Are you redoing only course 4 in Tensorflow or also course 3? I have just started Course 4 and my concern is that if they only reset course 4, then there will be Tensorflow material I will have missed from Course 3 which might be required (and assumed to be known) in Course 4. I would appreciate learning from what you have seen. Thanks.
I’ll probably just to course 4 and try to figure it out. I wonder if there’s way to access the new material when one has finished the course. Just to look for the labs in case i can’t figure something
I also completed week 1 but i didn’t ask for any upgrade and i was upgraded automatically and now my progress is gone. Also i see only 3 weeks of course not 4 anymore.
