Labs restricted when auditing class

Im interested in auditing the AI Python for begginers course. I have been teaching myself Python for a few years and think this would be a great course to help me with all the specifics I may have missed being my own tutor.

Unfortunately I am unemployed and cannot afford the cost. When auditing this course, I can watch the videos, but all labs are locked.

In order to access the labs and learn something must I pay for the course or am I missing something?

Restricting audit mode to not include the graded assignments is a Coursera policy.

But you are in luck. The same course is available on the DLAI platform for free in the Short Course area.
