I was having an issue of “Unexpected Error”, I talked to live chat and they directed me to here. I tried to give it another shot, now I don’t even make it to the assignment page.
It looks like you have either deleted or renamed your notebook. There is an easy way to get a fresh copy. Once you open that, if you’re lucky you can find your renamed previous version. Please see this thread which is also linked from the DLS FAQ Thread.
Actually the “Grader Feedback Not Found” error probably means there was something damaged about your previous version of the notebook. Even if you can find your old one after you follow the “Get a clean copy” procedure, you should carefully copy/paste over just your code from the “YOUR CODE HERE” sections of the old notebook. It would be a bad idea to rename the old one back and use that directly.

I resolved the problem by rebooting the server from the button at “Help” section of the notebook. And then got a fresh copy of the assignment as I told. These steps helped me through.
