I have completed a specilization course but the certififcate does not show for the specialization. Although, I do have the certificates for the courses in it but not the specialization. My name is verified and I have checked everything else in the coursera’s trouble shooting manual. What should I do now ? Is there a mail where I can reach out ?

you have certificate for the courses? but don’t have for specialisation? I am getting your issue correctly?
Can you confirm if have viewed all the videos, reading section, graded sections, feedback ? if yes then you should surely have the specialisation certificate in the accomplishment section. Check once more again or even check your mail. Once you complete the final 4th course and have completed the previous 3 courses, coursera directly sends you the specialisation certificate mail also.

Yes, you have understood it correctly.
My progress shows 100% for all 4 courses. I have also completed all the graded assignments in all the 4 courses . However, I have skipped a few videos for which I previously had an understanding of . Would that be a problem ?

It could be, but just check in achievements section again and also check your registration email inbox, usually you should get the specialisation mail after getting the final course completion certificate in your inbox.
Also I would highly advise you to contact Coursera for the certificate related issue as it is given by Coursera and not deeplearning.AI
They will be able to assist you on these issue more better way as it’s relative to them. Just make sure you have screenshot of the courses certificates and mention I cannot find the specialisation certificate but only the course certificates.

Please check this Coursera Help article about specialization certificate and this for general certificate requirement.
The first one says you need to enroll in the specialization to get the specialization certificate. In other words, if you only enrolled in the individual courses, you wouldn’t get the specialization certificate.
If you think you have fulfilled all requirements set out in the above articles, please do contact Coursera immediately because they are responsible for your certificate and they manage your Coursera account. Check this Coursera article for how to contact them.
