This is resolved after I downgraded instance size to lowest n1.

No this issue is still present, I have tried multiple times with different instance sizes present inside the n1 family it is not working. The solution provided does not work at all, it still fails. Please fix this lab ASAP, I am totally blocked due to this issue from the past 2 days, I cannot complete this course due to this.
