I am unable to submit my assignment, as once I hit the button to submit the assignment and then click on view grades it keeps showing the message ‘Submit your assignment to receive a grade’.
Anyone else faced this issue? How did you resolve it?

As Raymond said in this here there is a problem with the grader and he has submitted the problem to team and to should be resolved very soon.
Reports are this issue has been fixed.
