Unable to Subscribe to DeepLearning.AI Course on Coursera

Dear DeepLearning.AI Team,
I’m reaching out to report a payment issue I’ve been experiencing while trying to subscribe to one of your courses on Coursera. Every time I attempt to complete the payment (₹4,191/month), I receive an error message stating:

“Sorry, there was a problem processing your payment. Please contact Coursera for assistance.”
I’ve already contacted Coursera Support and followed all their troubleshooting steps, including clearing cache, trying a different browser, using incognito mode, and checking my card details. I also provided them with screenshots and console logs as requested. However, the final response I received stated that the issue might be due to a violation or limitation on my payment method , and they advised me to contact my financial institution.
While I am checking with my bank as well, I wanted to inform your team in case this issue is affecting other learners or if there’s any support you can provide from your end to help me resolve this faster.
