Was unable to submit Week 3 lab; now unable to login to AWS

Hello, I finished my lab 3 - but whenever I pressed submit I got an “Operation Failed” fleeting error (could not save screen shot)
After several attempts, and after the Vocareum timed out, I tried to relaunch the lab app, but unable to start the lab. Please advise/support

Additional information - I get the following error when trying to launch sagemaker in the voraceum app

User: arn:aws:sts::028800400828:assumed-role/voclabs/user3409011=Arun_Gopinath

Service: servicecatalog

Action: ListApplications

On resource(s): arn:aws:servicecatalog:us-east-1:028800400828:/applications/*

Context: with an explicit deny

Hi Arun. By any chance, are you using a company-issued laptop or connected to your workplace’s internet? If so, can you try using a personal device and connection, and let me know if you get the same errors? Thanks!
