Anyone else having issues with Neural Networks for Binary Classification lab? I have contacted coursera support but that did not work. Here is a screenshot
Hi @abhip_10, I can load it up. What do you mean by “that did not work”? Have they got back to you?
They have not, I made a ticket 2 days back still have not gotten a response, the bot keeps saying you will get a mail from the support specialists soon. I have tried multiple devices and incognito + clearing cookies still doesnt load for me
That probably is because it is weekend. You might need to wait for a few weekdays to get their response.
What do you see if you click on the menu icon on the upper right corner?

It’s still the very early morning in their timezone, so you will probably still need to wait to get their response. What about proceeding to the next item while waiting for them?

Coursera got back to me, said that 401 is unauthorized access and told to reset my password and clear cookies. Still get the same error

Yes, Financial aid got approved a week back

Ok, you’ll need to pass that information to Coursera, because there may be a problem in your account that DLAI cannot fix.
One question first:
Have you already worked on that assignment previously, so that you could access it before, and you did some work there, but now you cannot open it?
No, It was my first time trying to open it. I have already made a case with coursera but whatever they told has not fixed the issue so hoped discussion forums could help

Hi Abhinav! Thank you for reporting. Will take a look at this today. Please send me your lab ID. You can click the help icon on the upper right. The lab ID should be at the bottom of the side bar.

Oh sorry I realize you might not see that option at all if you cant load your lab. In that case, please direct message me the email you’re using for Coursera and send me a screenshot of the entire window where you get stuck. But if you can access Lab Help, then please send me the Lab ID as well. Thanks.

Problem is solved according to Abhinav. Previously, the lab is redirecting to a different and non-DLAI ML course. Hence, the access issue. Must be a temporary platform bug because it’s now opening the correct lab. Thanks!
