Try log off and log back on to your account, rerun your code before submitting your lab:
Kernel → restart & clear all output
Cell → run all
save your work
submit
Here same issue comes for C1_W3_Logistic_Regression again. I did same things, log off and log back, restart & clear all output, run all and save. However, still cannot submit.
Hi. As Tom mentioned, that looks like a platform/account-related issue with Coursera. We can’t do anything about that on our side because we only manage the content.
You can include that submission dialog screenshot to their Learner Help Center so they’ll understand. If they continue to point you here, please let me know the ticket number you raised with them and I’ll try to escalate through our contacts. Thank you.
I understand and I’m sorry for the experience. I’ve escalated it earlier but haven’t received a reply yet. Will update you asap when I do. Thanks.
By the way, are you using a work laptop or connected to an office network? Sometimes, strange bugs like this are resolved by switching to a personal device. Try turning your VPN off as well if you’re using one.
Hey, thanks for your suggestion. I tried with two different laptop and connected both office wifi and wifi at home. If that’s the case I can try more combination.
Oh and it still didnt work with the personal devices and network? In that case, it might really be a Coursera issue. I see someone reply to your Learner Help question asking you to contact Coursera Support. I think that has a Chat feature which can connect you to a support specialist in real time. Hope that helps. Unfortunately, our contacts there haven’t replied yet.
Hi @chris.favila and all fellows have helped here, I finally get it resolved. Turns out I use SSO to login, and there’s no verified name in my profile. My organization helped with it, and now I get the certificate.
