Am able to start the lab and then provision the cluster, but when I check progress on qwiklabs it does not show complete for that task. Is it because of the credits issue

Hi Challa! Can you double check if you’re using the Qwiklabs provided to you? You can read about it here.

If that is ok and you’re sure you’ve followed the instructions, there are usually two ways this type of issue is resolved:

  1. Retry the lab at a later time. There might be some updates behind the scenes that’s affecting the grader.

  2. Wait for a minute or two before clicking the button to check your progress. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. There might be a delay before the grader detects the changes.

If both does not resolve it, kindly report the issue to the Qwiklabs support channels. You can access it via the question icon on the upper right of the Qwiklabs page. They will be able to check the backend if there is indeed a bug.
