@m_k11 I have not taken this course, but have seen others have this problem, so it is not uncommon.

I do not know how to fix it.

One of the staff I’m sure will help you as soon as they can (*and just as a suggestion to them when they read this, maybe the fix could be a link or automated ?).

This happens a lot. I also encountered some challenges while taking this course. Try refreshing and coming back later.
