Hi, I think I put another email linked to the account, which makes the repair not work for last time. Therefore I’ve re-filled up the new form this time, sorry for the troubles and hopefully this can be solved this time.

I need some urgent help. I am unable to submit week 1 lab. I am getting below error:

Given this is still during the holiday season, “urgent help” is likely unavailable.

Coursera staff is due back on Jan 2.

If you’re only worried about your grade in this course, you can extend the deadlines easily.

If you have some other deadline not related to Coursera, there’s not much the course mentors can do about that. We’re only community volunteers.

In the course web pages, you should see a pop-up or banner that says you can change your deadlines.

The only limitation is if you are on a monthly subscription that ends at the end of this month.

Thanks, I don’t see any option to change the deadline.
But I found below FAQ on Coursera website

You only get the “deadline change” message if you are overdue.

So I think you can continue.

The deadlines aren’t really deadlines, they’re just reminders.

Sagemaker is not accessible. I can log into the AWS console and then home page too.

Its not starting… i was trying from last 4 days. every time i click on start lab. it starts the time but AWS is not showing green color.

It’s just stuck in the blank window when I click on the pagemaker service in the AWS console of if I search Sagemaker in the console and trying accessing it.
