HI, I tried 3 times and the AWS still can’t get green, how should I do?

How long did you wait after clicking the start button?
Hi. It’s normal for the countdown to start before the button turns green. It might go down to 1:30 before it turns from yellow to green. However, if it turns back to red at any point, then there might be an issue and you can inform us of any error message you get. Hope this helps.
- I am on Week 1 First lab
- I was able to access the Lab yesterday, didn’t know I had to finish it within 2 hours, session timed out and now I can’t start the lab. There is no error message, just the AWS button keeps yellow (time exceeding 1:30)

The AWS lab environment does not get loaded after an hour despite repeated attempts.I have cleared the cache and verified the cookie settings but no luck.
Please see the attached screenshot and suggest next steps.
Hi Ramesh. The lab has started based on your screenshot. As mentioned also in the notes in the screenshot, please click on the AWS button on the top left to open it and follow the rest of the instructions. Thanks.
@chris.favila, maybe the “AWS” link needs a more descriptive title, or maybe a “Start AWS” button icon. The context of the UI for this step isn’t obvious.
Lab is not responding…
Hi Team, When I clicked on the start lab my lab is not getting started. I am using Macbook Pro. Thats my personal laptop. Lab is not getting launched

Hi Sujan. Can you post a screenshot of what you see? Take note that the lab can take up to 20 minutes to launch. The AWS button will turn yellow for a while even if the countdown timer starts ticking down. The problem is if it turns back to red.
Hello, I have been having issues with “Start Lab” in Lab3. This is the only thing pending for me towards my certification. I have been trying for a week, but not success yet. The timer has gone down to 1:43, but that took more than 20 minutes. What can I do here? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Hi Gaurav. In my experience, it can sometimes take down to 1:25 of that timer before the AWS button turns green. If it takes longer than that, please take a screenshot showing the entire window so we can see both the timer down to 1:25, and the AWS button still on yellow. Remember that it shouldn’t turn back to red. You might have a different problem if that’s the case. Thanks.
