Hi Loic. Where do you see the “ok” you mentioned? Please show us what happens when you click the “Start Lab” button on the upper right.

Hi Chris, I was able to launch the app in week 1, got into the notebook from AWS SageMaker studio. Was also able to start the kernel, configured correctly as it was in the notebook. But then came error messages and the kernel was disconnected:

After about an hour I logged out of there.
Now when I start the app and click on “Start Lab” in Vocareum, I get messages that the AWS account has been deactivated. Thanks! Jaromir

Hi Chris,
Again I got “account is still in clean up” message. I was trying a few other things while connected to lab1 and I got the message that the kernel is died. Then when I wanted to start lab again I got “account is still in clean up” .
I already filled in that form you sent me two days ago.
Would you please help me with this problem?
Plus, are we supposed to connect to a lab just once and finish it within 2 hours?
Thanks,
Arezu

Please enable week 1 and week 2 labs for me, they were not working.
(First time, I got Kernel restart errors and other errors and now, its not even connecting to AWS)

Error 1 - when I click the AWS icon on the top left

Error 2 - when I click the start icon on the top right
lab1-error-2

However, Completed week 3 lab successfully.

Hi Renato. For this problem, this solution worked for a previous learner:

Can you check your system clock and sync it to a time server if possible? Here’s one article for reference but feel free to find another resource based on your setup. Then, relaunch the lab from the classroom.

Hope it helps!

Hi, I completed the first lab, Lab 1 - Generative AI Use Case: Summarize Dialogue, but forgot to hit submit upon completion. Now I am unable to log back in as the account has been disabled. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
